Green Endeavors (GRNE) currently operates two salons that sell Aveda products exclusively. GRNE's flagship salon is named Landis Lifestyle Salon which is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon. The flagship location has 20 chairs and gross annual revenues of approximately $2M. GRNE's long term plans will include national expansion. GRNE's initial expansion plans will be limited to a 50 mile radius of Salt Lake City, Utah which would include up to 6 salons.

Richard Surber, CEO
Richard D. Surber is currently the CEO and Director of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (OTC:NXHD), Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTC:GRNE) and Landis Salons, Inc. Mr. Surber attended the University of Utah College of Business where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Finance. Mr. Surber later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah College of Law. He has been a member of the California Bar since 1999 and practices law on a limited basis. His area of practice primarily involves corporate and federal securities matters.
Mr. Surber is the entrepreneurial force behind the Landis Lifestyle Salon business model that he financed and co-founded in 2005. His long term vision for Green Endeavors and the Landis Lifestyle Salon business includes opening company owned and franchised salons throughout the United States. All salons owned by Green will be energy efficient, Earth friendly, beautifully designed, immaculately clean with a focus on excellent guest services. Mr. Surber believes that educated stylist and their guest are the hallmarks to a successful salon organization.
Logan Fast, Vice President
Logan has been a member of the Landis Salon team since he began as a stylist in early 2005. He completed an apprenticeship under Landis’s namesake, Matthew Landis and has been growing as a stylist ever since. He prides himself on being an inspirational leader and teacher. When he is not teaching new aspiring artists, he concentrates all his energy on his clients.

ReplyDeleteSALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Nov 5, 2013) - Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD), announced continued revenue growth in the month of October 2013 over the comparable period in 2012.
Green Endeavors is reporting that the combined unaudited revenues for both Landis Lifestyle Salon locations and its newly opened Landis Experience Center were $300,917 for the month of October 2013, which is an increase of 10.7% compared to October 2012. The newer Marmalade salon reported October 2013 sales of $79,877, a 6.9% increase from 2012 sales. Our flagship Liberty Heights salon reported revenues in October 2013 of $203,755, a 11.6% increase over 2012. The Aveda™ Experience Center at the City Creek Center reported revenues of $17,285 for October 2013, an 18.9% increase from sales in October of 2012.

ReplyDelete2/21/14 Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD), announced its revenue numbers for the year ended December 31, 2013, with comparison to prior year of 2012.
Green Endeavors is reporting that the combined unaudited revenues for both Landis Lifestyle Salon locations and its newly opened Landis Experience Center were $3,574,972 for the year ended December 31, 2013, which is an increase of 13.33% compared to 2012. The newer Marmalade salon reported 2013 sales of $931,979, a 6.65% increase from 2012 sales. Our flagship Liberty Heights salon reported revenues in 2013 of $2,440,217, a 10.99% increase over 2012. The Aveda™ Experience Center at the City Creek Center reported revenues of $202,775 for 2013, an increase from partial year sales in 2012 when the center began operations in August 2012.
